Principle
As a replaceable part of the TQC DIN viscosity cup, the VF2024 filter controls the flow rate of the liquid through the precise 4mm diameter outflow hole, and cooperates with the viscosity cup to measure the viscosity value of the liquid. Its design is similar to the requirements of the DIN 53211 standard, ensuring the accuracy and Repeatability of viscosity measurement.

Steps
1. Install the VF2024 filter on the filter holder of the TQC DIN viscosity cup
2. Make sure the filter is firmly installed and not loose.
3. Perform measurements according to viscosity test standard operating procedures
4. Can be disassembled, cleaned or replaced after use
