The fully automatic Basis Weight nitrogen blow condenser HPT-8 is a professional equipment of the HUXI brand. It is mainly used to condense the extracted pesticide residue solution to increase the concentration for subsequent purification or detection. The instrument realizes efficient condensation through nitrogen purge and Heating mode to avoid pesticide loss that may be caused by the use of distillation method. It is especially suitable for Sample Handling that cannot be evaporated.

Principle
The automatic Basis Weight nitrogen blow condenser uses the rapid flow of nitrogen to break the gas-liquid equilibrate over the liquid and accelerate the evaporation of the liquid; at the same time, it increases the temperature through water bath heating to promote the condensing process. As an inactive gas, nitrogen can also isolate oxygen, prevent sample oxidation, and ensure the accuracy of pesticide residue analysis.

Steps
1. Select the operation mode: Timing mode, Basis Weight mode or Steam dry mode.
2. Set parameters: Adjust temperature, pressure and time through 7-inch Touchscreen.
3. Place samples: Place samples in a water bath, up to 8.
4. Start condensing: The instrument automatically performs nitrogen blowing and heating condensing.
5. Monitoring process: real-time observation of screen display parameters.
6. Automatic stop: After reaching the preset volume or time, the instrument automatically stops and sounds an alarm.
7. Sampling: Use the open lid hover function for safe sampling.
Notice
• Do not steam dry the solvent to prevent pesticide loss.
• Ensure that the external supply nitrogen pressure does not exceed 80Psi.
• When operating, pay attention to the temperature control range from room temperature to 90 ° C.
• Regularly check whether the air nozzle can be removed and replaced.
• Confirm that the overheat protection device is normal before use.
