Overview
Vacuum parallel condenser HPN-16 can evaporate/condense multiple samples individually or centrally, quickly and effectively recover solvents, reduce total evaporation time, increase Processing capacity, save operation time and experimental resources. Simple installation and operation, flexible use, highly consistent processing conditions, better parallelism, mainly used for evaporation and condensation of samples in chemical, biological, environmental protection, testing and other industries.
Features
1.4-Sided Perspective Glass Design for Easy Viewing.
2. The vacuum sealing cover has an independent heating function, and each circuit is connected independently.
3. An anti-backflow groove is set up to avoid cross-contamination of the sample.
4. The heating cover adopts a flexible upturn design, which can be gently lifted without splitting and moving, and can process 16 200ml large-volume samples at the same time, which is equivalent to 16 Rotary evaporators.
5. Lighting, swirl/spin, drainage, pressure relief and other operations are independently turned on and off to meet the needs of complex experiments.
6. The cover temperature, water temperature, swirl/spin, and vacuum are independently adjustable, all of which can be independently controlled, and support layer program heating.
Principle
The vacuum parallel condenser reduces the boiling point through the vacuum environment, combines heating and swirl/spin functions to evaporate or condense multiple samples, and quickly recovers solvents to ensure consistent processing conditions and improve parallelism and efficiency.
Applications
Pesticide residue analysis, environment analysis, food and beverage, biological analysis, pharmaceutical drug testing
Steps
1. Install the device and connect the power supply.
2. Set the water temperature, cover temperature, Vacuum Level and swirl/spin parameters, and choose the programmed temperature.
3. Place the sample bottle and start the condensing process.
4. Observe the condensing progress and adjust the settings as needed.
5. After condensing, turn off the equipment and clean it.
Notice
• Power supply voltage 220V +/- 10% to avoid overload.
• Continuous Operating Time should not exceed 8 hours to prevent overheating.
• Check the vacuum sealing cover and anti-backflow groove before use to prevent cross-contamination of the sample.
• Pay attention to the heating Temperature range during operation, water bath heating 0-100 ℃, vacuum sealing cover heating 0-80 ℃.
• Regularly maintain the automatic drainage system and vacuum controller to ensure proper functioning.
• Pay attention to the weight when handling, Net weight 53kg, gross weight 56kg, to avoid damage.
