Principle
The horn is used as an energy transfer component in the ultrasonic cell crushing instrument. By amplifying the ultrasonic vibration amplitude, the electric energy is converted into mechanical energy to achieve uniform crushing and dispersion of the sample.

Steps
1. Confirm that the horn is compatible with the ultrasonic cell crushing instrument model; 2. Install the horn to the designated interface of the instrument; 3. Set the instrument parameters, such as Power and time; 4. Start the instrument for Sample Handling; 5. After the processing is completed, turn off the instrument and clean the horn.
