Principle
The HX-400 handheld ultrasonic cell crushing instrument uses ultrasonic waves to produce cavitation effect in liquid, and realizes the functions of cell crushing, emulsification, dispersion, homogenization, extraction, defoaming, cleaning, preparation of nanomaterials and acceleration of chemical reactions.

Steps
1. Select Automatic or Manual (Pedal) Operating Mode;
2. Set ultrasonic time, Power and other parameters;
3. Start ultrasound treatment;
4. Monitor the sample temperature display;
5. Adjust the parameters or stop the operation as needed.

• The gap time setting range is 0.1-99;

• Power adjustable range 4-400W;
• The crushing capacity range 0.1-300 ML, and the corresponding horn needs to be selected;
• Temperature range 0-100 ℃, optional low temperature thermostatic;
• Note that the alarm functions include time, overload, no-load, and overtemperature;
• Standard horn is φ 5 (mm), optional φ 2, 3, 5, 6 (mm);
