Principle
As a key component of the ultrasonic cell crushing instrument, the horn uses high-frequency vibration to generate cavitation effect by transferring ultrasonic energy from the generator to the sample, so as to realize processing such as cell crushing, emulsification or dispersion. The 6mm horn ensures efficient energy transfer and uniform distribution through its specific size design.

Steps
1. Check whether the horn specifications match the instrument requirements
2. Clean the surface of the horn to ensure no pollution
3. Correctly install the horn through the internal thread aperture of 8mm on the hand-held ultrasonic cell crushing instrument
4. Set the instrument parameters according to the sample volume (10-100ml)
5. Start the instrument for Sample Handling
6. After the processing is completed, turn off the instrument and remove the horn for cleaning.
