Overview
Universal chiller (model HLS-0716) is an integrated design of circulating chilled down water equipment, without cold water towers, using Air-Cooled circulation device. It is designed for high-quality analytical instruments and can provide thermostatic, constant current and constant pressure chilled down water. It is widely used in laboratory precision instruments and experimental fields that require cold sources.

Principle
The general-purpose chiller adopts an Air-Cooled circulation system, which drives the refrigerant circulation through the Compressor and absorbs heat in the evaporator to chill down. The main waterway and the auxiliary waterway chill down the laser and Optical inspection parts respectively, and ensure thermostatic, constant current and constant pressure output through double pump and double temperature control. The whole machine integrates multiple protection mechanisms to ensure safe and stable operation.
Applications
Laboratory precision instruments and experiments require cold sources
Steps
1. Install the equipment to ensure that the inlet and outlet pipes are connected correctly;
2. Turn on the power supply and check whether the voltage meets 220V/50Hz.
3. Set the required Temperature range (5~ 35 ℃);
4. Start the device and monitor the LCD display temperature.
5. Adjust pump Flow rate and pressure as needed;
6. Turn off the power after use and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
- Power supply voltage stable at 220V/50Hz;
- Regular cleaning of incoming and outgoing trends to prevent clogging;
Check the water tank level to avoid running short of water.
- Pay attention to the temperature setting range, which should not exceed 5 to 35 degrees Celsius.
- Timely handling of alarms to avoid equipment damage.
- Use pure water or ultrapure water circulation to prevent pipeline corrosion;
