Hypertherm Digital Force Gauge HG-30K is a universal Portable push-pull load tester with a Measured value of 30KN and a load Graduation of 0.01KN. The product has the characteristics of small size, light weight, convenient portability, complete functions and high accuracy.

Principle
Hypertherm Digital Force Gauge detects the push-pull force through the external Sensor structure, converts the force value signal into a digital signal, and converts the data at a speed of 15Hz to 480Hz through the ADC converter, and finally displays the measurement results on the digital display screen.
Steps
1. Select a windless, vibration-free environment to calibrate
2. In the shutdown state, press and hold the mode button, press the ON/OFF button again, and wait for the screen to display "DEFAU".
3. Release the button, press the mode button, the screen shows "USEr", and then press the setting button to enter the basic point calibrate
4. After the data is stable, press the setting button to complete the basic point calibrating and enter the high point calibrating
5. Select the force value to be applied through the up and down arrow keys, wait for the data to stabilize, and then press the setting button to complete the user calibrate and enter the test interface

• During the calibration process, you need to wait for the data to stabilize before proceeding to the next step
• Red Light Emitting Diode emits red light when the upper limit is exceeded, red light when it is lower than the lower limit, no light display when normal
• Environmental requirements No vibration and corrosion around
• Operating temperature is 0~ 40 ℃, storage temperature is -20~ 70 ℃
