Overview
Hypertherm HG-5 Force Gauge is a Portable small digital display Force Gauge with a maximum load value of 5N and a load Graduation of 0.001N. Designed with a built-in Sensor, it has peak hold, automatic peak release, and can set gravity acceleration. It is an intelligent High Accuracy measurement tool.

Principle
The HG-5 Force Gauge detects the push-pull force in real time through the built-in Sensor, converts the force value into an electrical signal, and displays it on the digital display screen after conversion by the ADC. It supports a variety of Operating Modes, such as real-time tracking, peak holding and first peak mode, and can compare data and alarm output by setting upper and lower limits.

Steps
1. Connect the contact rod and the object under test
2. Turn on the power, select the desired unit and Operating Mode
3. Perform a push-pull test and observe the display window reading
4. Use the button to set the peak holding time, upper and lower limits and other parameters
5. Data is automatically stored or exported via Communication interface
6. Turn off the power or set the automatic shutdown after the test is completed
Notice
• Charge in time when the battery is low, and automatically shut down when the battery is exhausted
• Operating temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, storage temperature is -20~ 70 ℃
• relative humidity should be kept at 15%~ 80% RH
• Ensure that there is no vibration and corrosion medium around
• Use the original charger, input AC 220V/50HZ, output DC 5V/1A
