Overview
Hypertherm HDE-1K electric single-column vertical machine is a test equipment suitable for HF/HG/NK series Force Gauge under 1KN load. The machine adopts a low-noise stepless speed regulating motor with a force holding mode, which can be freely set to the specified position or set the force value holding time. Adopts a built-in double-column structure, which has the characteristics of good Stability and wide application range.

10. Pull and break and stop function: after the measured object is discharged, the beam remains stationary or returns to the origin

Principle
The HDE-1K electric single-column vertical machine is driven by a low-noise stepless speed regulation motor and adopts a built-in double-column structure to achieve stable operation. The equipment can push and pull load test the sample by electric loading according to the set force value, time, frequency and other parameters, and has the functions of force holding and round-trip motion.

Steps
1. Equipped with the required model Force Gauge
2. Install the tension gauge and HDE-1K electric single column vertical machine fixture
3. Fix both ends of the specimen and fixture
4. Travel limit protection switch
5. Turn on the total power supply of the machine and the power supply of the tension meter, and set the functional parameters of the whole set of tension equipment
6. Press the forward or backward button, and the work has officially started at this point
7. After the work is completed, press the forward or backward button to return the machine to its original initial state
