Overview
HBO HDT-500 electric horizontal machine adopts digital tube screen display, with timing and counting round-trip test function, can withstand the maximum load of 500N, effective space ≤ 300mm. The machine adopts double guide rod structure, Stability is good, can be used with HF, HG, NK series Force Gauge, as a load test bench.

Principle
HDT-500 electric horizontal machine realizes push-pull load test by electric loading mode, and adopts double guide rod structure to ensure running Stability. The equipment can automatically perform round-trip motion test according to the set force value, time, number of times and other parameters. When the preset force value is reached, it can maintain or return to the origin, and has the function of pulling and breaking and stopping.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V 50/60HZ)
2. Select the test mode as required (automatic counting, automatic timing, manual counting, manual timing)
3. Test speed (0-500mm/min stepless speed regulation)
4. Set time (0-9999s) or number of times (0-9999 times) parameters
5. Set the loading force value and hold time
6. Install the specimen and adjust the fixture position
7. Start the test, and the device automatically runs to completion
8. Optional micro printer to print test data

• Power supply voltage check before use (AC 220V)
• Make sure the sample is firmly installed to avoid loosening during the test
• When setting parameters, be careful not to exceed the maximum load of the equipment 500N
• Regularly check whether the function of the limit protection device and the leakage protection device is normal
• Keep the equipment clean to avoid dust affecting the operation accuracy
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment
