Overview
Hypertherm HDD-1K electric double column vertical machine is a liquid crystal display tensile testing device with a maximum load of 1000N, suitable for HF/HG/NK series tensile gauge. It is automatically loaded with a low-noise stepless speed regulating motor and has the function of pulling and breaking and stopping to ensure measurement accuracy and safety. Specially used for Force Gauge, it is used in tensile, pressure, destructive force and other tests of the tested object. It adopts a double guide rod structure, which has the advantages of good Stability, wide application range and convenient use.

Principle
The HDD-1K electric double-column vertical machine adopts low-noise stepless speed regulation motor to automatically load, and realizes stable operation through double guide rod structure. When the tensile force, pressure or destructive force test is carried out, the motor drives the beam to move, applies force to the tested object, and automatically stops or returns to the origin when the force is discharged through the function of pulling and breaking.
Steps
1. Equipped with the required model Hypertherm Force Gauge
2. Install the tensile gauge and machine fixture
3. Fix both ends of the specimen and fixture
4. Travel limit protection switch
5. Turn on the total power supply of the machine and the power supply of the tension meter, and set the functional parameters of the electric double-column vertical machine HDD-1K
6. Press the forward or backward button to start the test test
7. After the electric double-column vertical machine HDD-1K is completed, press the forward or backward button to return the machine to its original initial state
Notice

• Fix firmly when installing the tension gauge and fixture
• Both ends of the test piece and the fixture must be fixed

• Check the power connection before operation and set the function parameters
