HUXI HXLG-12-80G lyophilizer is a low temperature drying equipment that uses the principle of sublimation to dehydrate materials. It freezes water-containing materials into solids, and uses the sublimation performance of water to achieve low temperature dehydrate materials under low temperature and low pressure conditions. Principle

Steps
1. Sample pre-freezing: use the cold trap pre-freezing function to freeze aqueous materials into solids
2. Set parameters: Set lyophilization parameters through Touchscreen
3. Start running: start the lyophilization program with one click
4. Monitoring process: real-time monitoring of cold trap temperature, Vacuum Level, sample temperature and other parameters
5. Data management: View, export, or delete freeze-dried data
6. End the treatment: use the one-click defrosting function and automatic air intake function to complete the treatment

• Ensure Ambient Temperature does not exceed 30 ℃ before use
• Pay attention to the Vacuum Level alarm prompt and deal with abnormal situations in time
