HUXI HXLG-12-80D lyophilizer is suitable for freeze drying and strain preservation in biological research, medical pharmacy, chemical industry, Food processing, Universities & colleges and other fields. The equipment is suitable for vacuum freeze drying preservation of most bacteria, actinomycetes, viruses, bacteriophages, rickettsiella, molds and yeasts, but not suitable for mycelium, mushrooms, algae and protozoa of molds.

Principle
The freeze dryer adopts vacuum freeze drying technology, and makes the cold trap temperature reach -80 ℃ through the refrigeration system. In the vacuum environment, the moisture in the material is directly sublimated from the solid state to the gaseous state, so as to realize the drying preservation of the material.
