HUXI HXLG-12-80DG lyophilizer is a drying equipment that uses the principle of sublimation to dehydrate at low temperature. After freezing the water-containing material into a solid, the material is dehydrated by the sublimation performance of water under low temperature and low pressure conditions. Principle
The freeze dryer mainly uses the principle of sublimation to dehydrate the material. Steps
1. Put the water-containing material into the equipment
2. Start the equipment for freezing treatment
3. Sublimation drying under low temperature and low pressure conditions
4. Monitor Cold Trap Temperature, Vacuum Level, Sample Temperature and other parameters
5. Take out the material after drying
