Hypertherm HDD-2K electric double-column vertical machine is a digital display electric double-column vertical machine specially used for HF, HG, NK series Force Gauge, which can bear the maximum load value of 2KN and effectively Travel up to 400mm. Principle
The HDD-2K electric double-column vertical machine is tested by electric loading mode and digital display Force Gauge, and adopts double guide rod structure to ensure Stability. The equipment can automatically control the movement of the beam according to the setting mode, and realize the functions of force measurement, maintenance and round-trip motion.

Steps
1. Select the test mode: automatic counting mode, automatic timing mode, manual counting mode, manual timing mode
2. Test speed (stepless speed regulation)
3. Set the timing count round-trip test parameters
4. Use pointing or automatic operation to adjust the fixture position
5. Set the pause time and sample clamping time for sample batch testing
6. Set the loading force value and hold time
7. Set the force value, holding time and number of movements for round-trip motion
8. Start the test, and the device executes the corresponding functions according to the settings
9. Optional micro printer to print test data
