HXLG-20FD ordinary electric heating freeze dryer is suitable for freeze drying and strain preservation in biological research, medical pharmacy, chemical industry, Food processing, Universities & colleges and other fields. It is suitable for vacuum freeze drying preservation of most bacteria, actinomycetes, viruses, bacteriophages, rickettsiella, molds and yeasts, but not suitable for mycelium, mushrooms, algae and protozoa of molds.

Principle
The refrigeration system makes the cold trap reach low temperature (≤ -70 ℃ no load), and in the vacuum environment (Ultimate vacuum degree ≤ 2Pa no load), the moisture in the frozen sample is directly converted from the solid state to the gaseous state by the sublimation principle, and the freeze drying process is realized.
