Overview
Nano-900 ultra-micro spectrophotometer is a HUXI brand of ultraviolet-VisibleSpectrophotometer, dedicated to the micro-volume analysis of purified nucleic acids and various proteins. The instrument uses a minimum volume of 0.5 μL for each test sample, and the detection sample concentration is 100 times that of the standard Cuvette. The Spectrophotometric method, spectrophotometry is used for Basis Weight qualitative analysis of substances. It is often used for Basis Weight of nucleic acids, protein Basis Weight and bacterial growth concentration.

Principle
Nano-900 ultra-micro spectrophotometer uses Spectrophotometric method, spectra-trophotometry to perform Basis Weight qualitative analysis on substances, and detects sample Absorbance through ultraviolet-visible Light spectrum technology to quickly determine the concentration of nucleic acids, proteins and other substances.

Steps
1. Point the sample directly to the loading platform.
2. Start the detection, and the instrument completes the scanning within 2s to 6s.
3. The results show the sample concentration without additional calculation.
Notice
The recommended sample size is 2 µL to ensure detection accuracy.
Samples can be recycled after testing to avoid wasting precious samples.
