Hypertherm HF-20K Digital Display Force Gauge is a Portable Digital Display Force Gauge with a load Measured value of 20KN and a Graduation of 0.01KN. As a general-purpose Portable push-pull load testing instrument, it is suitable for push-pull load testing, insertion force testing, failure testing, etc. of various products, and can be combined with various machines and fixtures to form small experimental machines for different purposes.

Principle
The HF-20K digital display Force Gauge performs load measurement externally through the Sensor structure. The Precision is 0.5, and the Indication Error ≤ +/- 0.5%. It uses a point array LCD display and supports a variety of test modes, including real-time force tracking, peak holding, first peak, and key pressure-rebound mode. It can display the direction of push-pull force in real time (down when pulling, up when pushing), and automatically calculate and store the data through intelligent algorithms.

Steps
1. Select the test mode: real-time force tracking mode, peak hold mode, first peak mode or button pressure-rebound mode
2. Set the unit: select the desired unit in N, KN, Kgf, gf, lbf, tf
3. Perform a push-pull load test and observe the test value reading area and direction symbol in the display window
4. Set the upper and lower limit comparison value, peak hold time or automatic shutdown time as needed
5. Store test data to view Average, MAX Maximum and MIN Minimum
6. Use the host computer software to export data or generate test reports
