HUXI HZL-240W Molecular Hybridizer is a professional equipment that uses a special temperature control system and a vertical rotation system to realize the annealing denaturation of nucleic acid single-stranded DNA/RNA according to the principle of base complementation and the formation of heteroduplex in a certain period of time by precisely controlling the temperature and mixing function. It can automate the whole process of roasting, pre-hybridization and membrane washing in nucleic acid molecular hybridization. It is widely used in the fields of cloning gene screening, gel dyeing and decolorization, microbial foster and enzyme-linked reaction incubation. It is a reliable equipment for molecular hybridization research in modern laboratories.

Principle
The instrument is based on the principle of molecular hybridization, and through the cooperation of its temperature control system and vertical rotation system, under the conditions of set temperature and Rotation speed, the single-stranded nucleic acid (DNA/RNA) with homologous sequences is annealed and denatured to form heteroduplex according to the principle of base complementarity pairing.

Steps
1. Place the sample (e.g. hybridization tube, hybridization bag, or enzyme plate).
2. Set or call the preset program parameters (temperature, time, Rotation speed, etc.) through the 7-inch Touchscreen.
3. Start the instrument, the instrument will automatically control the temperature and motion system for hybridization or incubation process.
4. Linear dispersion can be observed in real time through the screen during the experiment.
5. After the experiment, remove the sample.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (220VAV, 50HZ) before use.
• The point swirl/spin function can be used when loading and unloading the hybrid tube for easy operation.
• When the instrument is running, do not force open the Glass door, the instrument will automatically stop working after opening the door to ensure safety.
• According to the experimental requirements, you can choose the appropriate hybrid tube size (φ 35 × 150mm, φ 35 × 240mm or φ 35 × 300mm).
• When conducting layer experiments, multi-segment programs can be preset using the combined programming function to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Communication interface reserved for the instrument, optional if Connectivity control function is required.
