Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator uses a bar or drawdown blade for precise Spreader with Vacuum chuck fixation of the substrate combined with adjustable Spreader speed and pressure. The heating system controls temperature to ensure consistent wet-film formation on different materials, improving Reliability and reproducibility of experimental results.

Steps
1. Prepare substrate and place on Vacuum chuck platform
2. Select bar or drawdown blade as needed and set Spreader thickness and speed
3. Spreader Travel and heating temperature setting via Touchscreen
4. Start the Device for Auto Spreader
5. After the Spreader is completed, remove the drawdown blade for cleaning and replacement
Notice
• Make sure the power supply of the device is 220V/50Hz before use to avoid voltage mismatch
• Vacuum chuck is firm during Spreader to prevent the substrate from moving
• Regular cleaning and inspection of drawdown blades to ensure Spreader accuracy
