Overview
YN-NMY20 Printing ink wear resistance tester is used to detect the inks adhesion fastness of Encasement printing, UV Printing, label printing, book printing and other products produced by offset plate printing, flexographic printing and other processes. The instrument can effectively analyze the problems of poor rubbing resistance of printing products, ink layer peeling, low printing resistance of PS version and poor coating hardness of products through simulated friction testing.
Features
1. Adopt new module circuit design.
2. Adopt digital display and microcomputer control.
3. Enter the number of friction times before the test, the test can be automatically controlled, and a beep will prompt after the end.
4. The control system has a power-off memory function, which maintains the parameter state before the last power-off after re-powering.
5. The actuator adopts High Accuracy Gear Deceleration Micro Motor to drive the friction body for linear reciprocating friction movement.
6. Fully meet the requirements of national standards and are compatible with international standards.
Principle
The instrument judges the Abrasion Resistance of the ink layer (or coating) by measuring the decrease in Density (or coating thickness) before and after friction. According to the friction load of international standards, the specimen is rubbed back and forth at a specified speed to test the adhesion of inks, so as to evaluate the abrasion resistance or abrasion resistance of inks. Dry grinding, wet grinding, decolorization changes, paper blur and special friction tests can be performed.
Applications
Letterpress plate decoration printing products, PS plate photosensitive layer, product surface coating, cardboard board inks, corrugated box, box board paper, Corrugated Board material, gravure printing products, Glass paper decoration printing products, composite film printing products, vacuum coating, surface Spreader
Standards
GB/T 7706、ASTM D 6531、JIS-5071-1、TAPPI-UM486
Steps
1. Prepare samples that meet size requirements.
2. Install the sample onto the instrument.
3. Enter the preset number of friction times through the microcomputer control panel.
4. Select the desired friction frequency.
5. Start the instrument and start the automatic friction test.
6. After the test reaches the set number of times, it will automatically stop and beep.
7. Remove the sample and evaluate the change of the ink layer or coating before and after friction.
Notice
• Please use in a working environment with temperature (20 +/- 10 ℃) and humidity < 85%.
• Power frequency is AC220V/50Hz.
• The friction load is 20N +/- 0.2N, please do not adjust it at will.
The sample size should meet the requirements of (length, width) 230 x 50mm.
• The instrument has a power-off memory function. Please pay attention to the parameter status after re-powering.
• Regularly maintain the actuator to ensure the normal operation of the High Accuracy Gear Deceleration Micro Motor.
