The TQC Baker coating applicator VF2146 is a cylindrical coating applicator with 4 paint surfaces for 4 preset thicknesses. With an application width of 60mm, it is suitable for Spreaders of various products on flat or smooth solid substrates. The product is made of stainless steel to resist the erosion of acidic and alkaline substances in Coatings or cleaning agents.

Principle
Baker coating applicator uses 4 coating surfaces of different heights to scrape coating on the substrate through a cylindrical design to form a wet-film with a preset thickness. During operation, select the appropriate coating surface to move evenly on the flat substrate to obtain accurate Coating thickness.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate coating surface corresponding to the required thickness
2. Place the coating applicator on one end of the flat substrate
3. Push the coating applicator evenly along the substrate
4. Clean coating applicator after Spreader
