Overview
Micro Coil Dual Function Film Applicator (lame plating + scraping) is a China equipment, model TBJ-JCPT-DJ2UV, mainly suitable for Spreader testing of roll substrates. The equipment is used to automate the operation of lame plating and Spreader on coils to achieve uniform coverage or gluing of liquids or gluing agents on the surface of coils.

4. Efficient transmission and unwinding: The unwinding and unwinding unit adopts a single station design, with an effective width of 300mm and a diameter of ≤ φ 400mm, using an inflatable shaft.

Principle
The coil automatic spray coating machine unrolls the coil from the reel and transfers it to the lame plating or Spreader area through the coil transfer system, and the lame plating or Spreader system (including Nozzle, nozzle or scraping device) unifies the Spreader liquid or gluing agent. Control system adjusts parameters such as coil transfer speed, Spreader liquid Flow rate and position, and the operator sets the Spreader thickness, lame plating speed and application width through the control panel to achieve uniform coverage or gluing.

Steps
1. Set control panel parameters: including Spreader thickness, lame plating speed, application width, etc.
2. Install the coil: Place the coil in the unwinding unit and fix it with an inflatable shaft.
3. Adjust the coating method: choose lame plating or scraping as needed, adjust the lame plating height or drawdown blade thickness.
4. Start the device: turn on the power, the coil will automatically transfer and Spreader.
5. Curing treatment: Spreader after the coil into the UV light curing unit for curing.
6. Winding operation: The coil after the Spreader is completed is automatically wound by the winding unit.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz before operation to ensure equipment grounding safety.
When setting Spreader parameters, pay attention to the matching of Spreader thickness and speed to avoid uneven Spreader.
• When adjusting the lame plating height or drawdown blade thickness, it is necessary to operate within the range of 0-200mm and 0-10mm to prevent equipment damage.
When using UV curing, pay attention to the wavelength and Power parameters to avoid direct exposure to UV rays.
• Regularly maintain the inflatable shaft and tension controller to ensure stable coil transmission.
• Customized parameters such as Dimensions and lamp board heights need to be adjusted within the allowable range of the equipment.
