The intelligent Adhesion Tester (model: KS-T (14mm)) is an instrument for the measurement of metal, paints, spray, Water proofer, Adhesive, chrome, nickel, concrete and other materials coating adhesion instrument. The instrument uses a hydraulic system to accurately measure adhesion by removing specific diameter coatings from the substrate, and displays the results visually on the multi-function digital display in MPa, KN and PSI units. Principle
Working Principle of the instrument is to use the hydraulic system to exert tension on the coating of a certain diameter on the surface of the tested substrate to make it detach from the substrate, so as to measure the adhesion of the coating. During the test, the size of the adhesion is displayed in real time by the multi-function digital display screen.

Steps
1. Preparation: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and choose the appropriate test top according to the test requirements (this model is 14mm).
2. Sample prepative: Clean and treat the coating surface to be tested to ensure that the test area meets the standard requirements.
3. Install the test unit: firmly paste or install the test top on the surface of the coating to be tested.
4. Connection and Settings: Connect the instrument to the test unit and select the required force unit (e.g. MPa, KN, PSI) and language through the Touchscreen.
5. Test: Manually operate the pressurizing device to apply tension to the coating until it disengages. The instrument display will display the pressure Linear dispersion and adhesion values in real time.
6. Record results: After the test is completed, the screen shows peak adhesion. You can choose to store data or print the results via a Bluetooth printer (if optional).
7. End operation: After the test is completed, clean the test unit, and the instrument can be automatically shut down or manually shut down.

Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure measurement accuracy (accuracy of +/- 1% of full scale).
* Please use the matching Type-c charging cable and use a suitable power supply when charging.
The instrument has a large amount of data storage, and it is recommended to regularly export the data to the computer for backup and management.
