Overview
KOSON KS-T (10mm) Adhesion Tester is an instrument for the measurement of metal, paints, spray, Water proofer, Adhesive, chrome, nickel, concrete and Miscellaneous material coating adhesion. The instrument uses a hydraulic system to detach coatings to measure adhesion, and displays the results visually through a multi-function digital display screen, reducing human observation errors, advanced technology and stable performance.

Principle
The Working Principle of the tester is to use the hydraulic system to detach the coating of a certain diameter on the surface of the tested substrate, so as to measure the adhesion of the coating. During the test process, the instrument generates a tension through hydraulic pressure to pull the coating away from the substrate. The size of the adhesion is detected by the built-in Sensor and displayed on the multi-function digital display screen in real time.

Steps
According to the test requirements, select and install the appropriate test top (this model is 10mm).
2. Align the instrument to the coating area to be tested to ensure that the test top is in full contact with the coating surface.
3. Manual pressure, through the hydraulic system to gradually remove the coating from the substrate.
4. Observe the display screen, the instrument will display the adhesion value (in MPa, KN or PSI) and pressure Linear dispersion in real time.
5. After the test is completed, record peak adhesion data.
6. You can connect the printer (optional) to print data through Bluetooth, or export the stored test records online through the computer.
Notice
Before testing, make sure that the test head size (10mm) meets the test standard requirements.
* Ensure that the combination state of the coating and the substrate in the test area is representative, and the surface is flat and clean.
* The manual pressurization process should be smooth and uniform to avoid Impact load affecting the test accuracy.
* Instrument full scale accuracy is +/- 1%, please pay attention to the range when using.
Regularly calibrate and maintain instruments to ensure the accuracy of test results.
Use the Type-c interface to charge the built-in high-capacity lithium battery to ensure sufficient power.
* When storing or transporting, please take care to avoid violent collisions and humid environments.
* When testing special substrates such as concrete, confirm compliance with appropriate standards (e.g. ASTM D7234).
