Overview
The intelligent Adhesion Tester (brand: KOSON, model: KS-T (50mm)) is an instrument for the measurement of metal, paints, spray, Water proofer, Adhesive, chrome, nickel, concrete and other material coating adhesion instrument. The instrument uses a hydraulic system to detach the coating, and visually displays the adhesion result through a multi-function digital display screen, including MPa, KN and PSI, reducing human observation errors, advanced technology and stable performance.

Principle
The Working Principle of the tester is to use the hydraulic system to apply a tensile force to the coating with a certain diameter (apex size 50mm) on the surface of the tested substrate to make it detach from the substrate, so as to measure the adhesion of the coating. During the test, the size of the adhesion is detected by the internal Sensor of the instrument and displayed on the multi-function digital display screen in real time.

Steps
1. Prepare the specimen and clean the test surface according to the test standards and requirements.
2. Align the instrument top (size 50mm) and paste or fix it on the coating surface to be tested.
3. Turn on the instrument power and set the parameters (such as unit selection) through the Touchscreen.
4. Manually operate the pressurizing device to apply tension to the coating through the hydraulic system.
5. Observe the display until the coating detaches and the instrument will record and display peak adhesion (in MPa, KN or PSI).
6. After the test is completed, you can view the pressure Linear dispersion, save the data, or print the results through the optional Bluetooth printer.
7. Turn off the power of the instrument and clean the test head for next use.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is fully charged or connected to a reliable power supply before use.
• Before the test, ensure that the test surface and the top sticking area are clean, drying and flat to ensure the accuracy of the test.
• Manual pressurization should be smooth and uniform to avoid Impact loads.
Do not exceed the maximum pressure of the instrument (5.09MPa).
• Instruments should be stored in a drying, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Regularly calibrate and maintain instruments to ensure measurement accuracy.
• When computer connection or Bluetooth printing, make sure the device is compatible and connected correctly.
