The design inspiration is from pebbles, the main body of the product is round and angular, and the Appearance is small and durable. The shell is made of high-strength engineering plastic coated with anti-skid rubber, which has high strength and good feel. It has waterproof, dustproof and explosion-proof characteristics. Gas detection through natural diffusion method has good Sensitivity and Repeatability, convenient use and maintenance, and meets the high Reliability requirements of industrial site safety monitoring.

Principle
The gas detector performs gas detection through natural diffusion, using industrial-grade Sensor and micro-control technology implementation of Fast Response and High Accuracy measurement. During the detection process, the gas naturally diffuses to the Sensor, which converts the signal into an electrical signal, displays the data after processing by the microcontroller, and indicates the alarm through LCD, Light Emitting Diode, sound and vibration.

Steps
1. Power on: Press the power button to start the detector;
2. Detection: The detector is placed in the environment to be tested, and the gas enters the Sensor through natural diffusion;
3. Read the data: view the gas concentration in real time through the LCD display;
4. Alarm processing: When the gas concentration exceeds the set alarm point, the detector indicates the alarm through sound, vibration and Light Emitting Diode;
5. Shutdown: Press the power button to turn off the detector after use;
6. Charging: Connect the charger, and the charging time is 4 to 6 hours.
Notice
- The working ambient temperature range is -10~ 55 ℃, avoid using beyond this range;
- Environmental humidity should be less than 95% RH and no condensation;
- Avoid Strong Impact or Drop when using to prevent damage;
- Regularly check the life of the Sensor, usually 2 years need to be replaced (depending on the specific Operating Environment);
- Use the original charger when charging, and the charging time should not exceed 6 hours;
- The alarm point can be set manually, and the default alarm point of different gases is different, which needs to be adjusted according to actual needs;
- When used in an explosion-proof environment, ensure that the equipment explosion-proof mark ExibIICT4Gb meets the site requirements;
- Avoid disassembling or repairing equipment in flammable and explosive environments;
- Operating Time Continuous use of not less than 8 hours, pay attention to timely charging;
- Store in a drying, corrosion-free gas environment.
