Principle
The Roughness Gauge uses the Differential Inductance Displacement Sensor for measurement, glides on the surface of the sample through the diamond stylus (90/60 ° cone angle, 5μm/2μm tip radius), the measuring force is less than 4mN, the guide head is cemented carbide, the radius of the sliding direction is 40mm, and the sliding speed is automatically adjusted according to the sampling length to achieve accurate collection of surface roughness parameters.

Steps
1. Turn on and select the measurement standard (such as ISO, DIN, etc.);
2. Set the sampling length and evaluation length;
3. Touch the instrument stylus lightly on the measured surface to start the measurement;
4. Real-time observation of sampling waveforms and measurement results;
5. Save or delete historical data.
6. Connect the printer or computer for data output.
