Principle
When the instrument is measured, the Sensor is placed on the surface of the workpiece to be measured, and the precision drive mechanism drives the Sensor to slide along the surface in a straight line with constant velocity. The sensor has a built-in sharp stylus to feel the surface roughness, which causes the displacement of the stylus to change the Inductance of the Inductance coil and generate an analog signal proportional to the measured surface roughness. The signal is amplified and level converted into the data collection system. The DSP chip performs digital filtering and parameter calculation, and the measurement results are displayed on the monitor or output to the printer and PC.
