Overview
Hypertherm HG-2000 High Accuracy Force Gauge is a digital display Force Gauge with a maximum load of 2000N and an external Sensor design. The product is suitable for push-pull load testing, plug-and-pull force testing and failure testing scenarios. It has 99 test data storage memory sets, can freely set the upper and lower limits, and is equipped with a green backlight screen to support the testing needs in dark environments.

Principle
Hypertherm HG-2000 Force Gauge detects push-pull signals through external Sensors, uses High Accuracy ADC conversion technology to convert analog signals to digital signals, and the sampling speed is 120Hz. The device supports a variety of test modes, such as real-time force tracking and peak holding. Data judgment is performed by setting upper and lower limit comparison values, and cooperates with sound alarms and level signal output to achieve accurate load testing.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Set the test unit (N, KN, Kgf, etc.)
3. Select the test mode (real-time force tracking, peak holding, or first peak).
4. Set the upper and lower limit comparison value and peak hold time
5. Perform push-pull load testing
6. View test data and store it
7. Use the host computer software to export data or generate reports
