Overview
JRH-400S laboratory Mulser is a laboratory equipment of QIWEI brand. It uses specially designed rotors and stators to work under high-speed drive of the motor. It makes the material withstand strong shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, high-speed impact tearing and turbulence in the precision gap through high-frequency mechanical effects, so as to achieve instant uniform and fine emulsification, crushing and dissolving effects.

Principle
The JRH-400S laboratory Mulser sucks the material into the rotor under the high-speed drive of the motor. Due to the high-frequency mechanical effect generated by the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing in the precision gap of the stator and rotor. Centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, high-speed impact tearing and turbulence are combined to split, crush and disperse, and withstand hundreds of thousands of shearing effects in a short time, so that the immiscible material can achieve emulsification, crushing and dissolving effects in an instant.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V/50HZ)
2. Adjust the emulsification rod to the appropriate position (Travel 270mm)
3. Set the required Rotation speed (range 100~ 8000rpm)
4. Start the device for emulsification
5. Turn off the power after processing is completed

• Before use, please check whether the Power supply voltage meets the 220V/50HZ requirements
• Pay attention to the emulsification rod length of 550mm during operation to avoid collision
