Principle
After the material is sucked into the rotor, under the action of the high-frequency mechanical effect generated by the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, high-speed impact tearing and turbulence in the precise gap of the stator and rotor. The combined effects, such as hundreds of thousands of shears in a short time, make the insoluble material instantly achieve uniform and fine emulsification, crushing and dissolving effects.

Steps
1. Connect the 220V/50HZ power supply
2. Rotation speed in the range of 100~ 8000rpm according to material characteristics
3. Use 270mm Lift Travel to adjust the emulsification rod position
4. Start the device for emulsification
5. Turn off the power after processing is completed
