Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the pressure applied to the film applicator. Using Blade Coating, the drawdown blade is removable and made of 316 stainless steel, ensuring wear resistance and corrosion protection. The substrate is fixed by Vacuum chuck, and the Spreader process remains stable, thus ensuring the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader coating and improving the film reproducibility.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Spreader stage; 2. Fix the substrate by Vacuum chuck; 3. Set the Spreader speed and pressure parameters; 4. Start the device for automatic Spreader; 5. Remove the sample for subsequent processing after completion.
