Principle
Based on the principle of capillary method, the instrument precisely controls the heating rate (0.1 ℃/min~ 30 ℃/min stepless speed regulation), monitors the state change of the sample during the heating process in real time, and automatically recognizes the melting point temperature. Using a three-channel design, multiple sample measurements can be performed simultaneously to ensure data accuracy and Repeatability.

Steps
1. Turn on the power of the instrument and log in to the user account through Touchscreen
2. Select Operating Mode (Standard Mode, Long Melting Moment Mode or Learning Mode)
3. Set the starting temperature, heating rate and other parameters
4. Place the sample capillary tubing to the three channel measurement position
5. Start the measurement process, the instrument automatically monitors and records the melting point data
6. After the measurement is completed, view or export the measurement report
