Overview
The HuiNuo CP225-A inks Color Proofer is a multi-stage Spot Color proofing device that can simultaneously print color strips of different Colors or different ink layer thicknesses, and supports the comparison of old and new inks to provide efficient Color comparison. It is suitable for Process Color inks detection, which can evaluate Hue, Gloss and color concentration. Start with raw material quality control to ensure the mass of printing products, and support customer pre-press Spot Color approval and dry and wet ink discoloration detection.

Principle
The inks colorimeter distributes inks evenly through an automatic ink leveling system, and uses a multi-stage color development roller to print color strips on the material, which can process different Colors or ink layer thicknesses at the same time. With the Basis Weight meter, the ink volume is controlled to achieve accurate color development, and the degree of dry and wet ink discoloration is detected through the natural drying process. Color contrast and Data analysis are provided.

Steps
1. Prepare inks and printing materials.
2. Set the ink leveling parameters, including pressure, time, and speed.
3. Adjust the color development speed and pressure.
4. Use a multi-stage color roll to develop 4 color bars simultaneously.
5. With the Basis Weight instrument to control the thickness of the ink layer.
6. Color contrast or data measurement after naturally drying the color bar.
7. Clean the equipment to ensure its next use.

• Make sure the power supply is AC220V 50Hz before use to avoid voltage mismatch.
• When adjusting the ink leveling and color development parameters, it needs to be set according to the ink type and material characteristics.
