CP235-A automatic eight-color color display device is a multi-functional color display device of HuiNuo brand, specially designed for the printing industry. It provides stable and reliable performance, flexible adjustment function and accurate color display, suitable for different sizes of printing products, adjustable ink leveling and color development speed, supports intelligent initialization, and can be equipped with ordinary or UV ink rollers to improve work efficiency and versatility.

The number of display color bars is diverse, including 8 bars of 45 × 210mm + 30mm, 4 bars of 106 × 210mm + 30mm, and Miscellaneous optional combinations.
3. The color bar is equipped with a 30mm secondary color light color area, which is convenient for inks comparison and difference comparison.
4. The ink leveling speed and color development speed can be flexibly adjusted, and the equipment shell can be disassembled to achieve stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
5. The ink leveling time can be adjusted from 1 to 120 seconds.
6. The color development pressure can be adjusted according to the thickness of the printing material, ranging from -20 to 80.

Principle
The color development instrument realizes the uniform distribution of inks and accurate color display by adjusting the speed, pressure and time of ink leveling and color development. The ink leveling process uses a rubber roller for ink mixing, and the color development process transfers inks to the printing product. It is equipped with intelligent initialization function to ensure the stability of equipment parameters. It supports multiple color bar sizes and secondary color development light color area design to optimize ink contrast and color conformity.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V 50Hz.
2. Select the color bar size and quantity as required.
3. Adjust the ink leveling speed and color development speed to the desired gear (ink leveling speed: 450, 600, 800rpm; color development speed: 12, 18, 25rpm).
4. Set the ink leveling time in the range of 1 to 120 seconds.
5. Adjust the development pressure according to the thickness of the printing material (-20 to 80 range).
6. Adjust the uniform ink pressure according to the usage of the rubber roller (the equipment shell can be disassembled for precise adjustment).
7. Start the device for color development operation.
8. Use the factory initialization function to restore the device to the factory state (optional).
Notice
* Power supply voltage AC220V 50HZ to avoid voltage mismatch.
* When adjusting the color development pressure, refer to the thickness of the printing material, for example, the thickness of 175g copper plate paper 0.15mm corresponds to the pressure value "15".
* The uniform ink pressure adjustment needs to disassemble the equipment shell, and pay attention to safety during operation.
* Check the type of rubber roller (normal or UV ink) before use to ensure compatibility.
