Principle

The Film Applicator uses the Smoothing Rods coating method to form a uniform coating on the surface of the substrate by adjusting the thickness and rate of the Spreader. The device fixes the substrate through Vacuum chuck, and uses stepless variable speed to control the Spreader speed to achieve accurate film process.
