TBJ-B4-DJ11 Automatic Film Applicator is a drawdown Bar & Blade Film Applicator with automatic feeding system, using imported accessories, at an affordable price. By controlling the speed and stable pressure to ensure the gluing effect of Spreader, to ensure the uniformity and stability of Spreader gluing, it is widely used in multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions to significantly improve the reproducibility of film.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator ensures the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader coating by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the pressure applied to the film applicator. The automatic feeding system adopts the principle of outflow of air source pressure, and realizes feeding by reciprocating linear motion. Adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port can control the amount of material, thereby improving the reproducibility of the film.

- Make sure that the equipment parameters are set correctly before Spreader; - The air source of the feeding system needs to be equipped with a φ 8 trachea; - Pay attention to temperature control when using the heating function; - Optional accessories need to be configured according to actual needs; - Silicone pads and weight aids can be used when the thickness of the Spreader substrate is uneven.
