TBJ-X1-DJ7UV ultraviolet curing Automatic Film Applicator is a drawdown blade type Coater with Vacuum chuck. Power 800W UV Lamp is used to fix the UV Lamp on the drawdown blade through the bracket. With the scraping of the drawdown blade, the film is carried out ultraviolet curing at the same time. It is suitable for UV glue, light curing liquid and other films. The equipment is all imported accessories, which is cheap, and the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader glue coating are guaranteed by controlling speed and stable pressure.
Features
1. The integrated drawdown blade is made of 304 stainless steel, Spreader accuracy is +/- 0.003mm, and the thickness range is adjustable from 0 to 10mm.
2. coating speed 5~ 200mm/s, support stepless speed control, Spreader Travel 1~ 400mm digital arbitrary setting.
3. Equipped with 800W UV Lamp, the main peak wavelength is 365nm, and the curing wavelength is 350~ 450nm, which realizes simultaneous scraping and light curing.
4. The base material is fixed by Vacuum chuck method, Vacuum Area 400 * 300mm, aperture φ 1.2mm, hole spacing 20 * 20mm.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator performs Spreader through the drawdown blade, and the UV Lamp is fixed on the drawdown blade to carry out ultraviolet curing of the film during the scraping process. By controlling the speed of the Spreader and stabilizing the pressure, the uniformity and stability of the Spreader are ensured. The Vacuum chuck system fixes the substrate to improve the Spreader accuracy.
