Overview
The laboratory casting machine LY-02/200 is a high-performance equipment that integrates casting, trimming, flattening and winding. It adopts a high-strength European standard integrated frame and 304 stainless steel desktop. It is equipped with an independent power roller driven by a servo motor, a hard chrome mirror roller, a brand PLC Touchscreen and a built-in circulating water chilling down system to provide precise process control. The equipment can be equipped with an optional air knife, an electrostatic adsorption device, a waste edge collection device and a constant tension winding device. It has a humanized structural design and is easy to operate. It is a good tool for material research and development.

Principle
The casting machine is composed of a precision single-screw extruder, a casting die, a casting system, a traction system, a winding system, and a measurement and control system. It can realize the functions of polymer extrusion, casting, traction, trimming, and winding.

Steps
1. Check the power supply and chill down system before starting the equipment
2. Set process parameters such as casting speed, temperature, etc. through PLC Touchscreen
3. Start the single screw extruder for polymer material extrusion
4. The material is passed through the casting die to form a thin film
5. Casting system for film forming, optional air knife or electrostatic adsorption to enhance adsorption
6. The traction system controls the movement of the film and can be trimmed
7. Winding system completes film winding, optional constant tension device to improve mass
8. Turn off the equipment and perform cleaning and maintenance after the operation is completed

• Power supply voltage meets requirements before use (three-phase 380VAC +/- 10% or single-phase 220VAC +/- 10%, 50HZ)
• Pay attention to temperature control during operation, use ambient temperature range of RT +~ 350 ℃, control accuracy +/- 1 ℃
• Regularly check the chilling down system to ensure that the circulating water is working properly
• Avoid overload operation, with a maximum output of 3kg/h
• Device weight is about 600kg, use appropriate tools
• Optional accessories such as air knives, electrostatic adsorption devices, etc. need to be installed and used correctly according to process requirements
• Operators should be familiar with PLC Touchscreen Control mode to avoid misoperation
