Principle
The TQC immersion viscosity cup is lifted after being filled with liquid in the immersion coating, and the time when the liquid flows out from the filter nozzle to the first stop flow is measured. The viscosity value is calculated according to the flow time. When operating, keep the cup vertical and make measurements at a height of no more than 15cm above the liquid surface.

Steps
1. Ensure that the temperature of the liquid to be tested is 23 degrees Celsius, and the fluctuation does not exceed +/- 0.2 degrees Celsius
2. Adjust the liquid temperature if necessary
3. Choose the appropriate viscosity cup model according to the estimated viscosity range
4. Slowly immerse the viscosity cup in the Coating until the top edge is submerged
5. Put in a thermometer to measure the sample temperature
6. Remove thermometer
7. Hook the handle ring with your finger, keep the cup vertical, quickly lift the viscosity cup and start timing
8. Stop timing when the liquid beam is stopped for the first time
Notice
• Clean the outflow hole to remove residue and avoid scratching the inner surface
• It is a precision appliance and should not be dropped or hit.
• It needs to be cleaned in time after use
• Use soft cloth when cleaning, disable wire brush or sandpaper
• Do not tap directly when disassembling the cup mouth, use a pin rod.
• Make sure the cup nozzle and viscosity cup are clean before installing the cup nozzle
• Put it back in the box for storage when not in use
It is recommended to calibrate once a year
