TQC dip viscosity cup VF2075 is a viscosity measurement tool with a long handle. It is made of aluminum alloy cup body and stainless steel filter. It can be operated with one hand to immerse in Coatings for viscosity measurement. Precision. This model is suitable for viscosity detection of most Coatings, complies with DIN 53211 standard, and is widely used in Coatings, inks and other industries.

Principle
The TQC immersion viscosity cup is filled with liquid by immersing the cup body in the Coating, and then lifted vertically. The timing starts from the liquid leaving the surface of the cup body. When the liquid beam is stopped for the first time, the viscosity value is calculated according to the flow time. During the measurement process, the cup body needs to be kept vertical and not more than 15cm away from the liquid surface to ensure the accuracy of the results.

Steps
1. Ensure that the temperature of the liquid to be tested is 23 +/- 0.2 degrees Celsius
2. Choose the appropriate TQC immersion viscosity cup model according to the estimated viscosity range
3. Slowly immerse the viscosity cup into the Coating until the top edge of the cup is submerged
4. Put in a thermometer to measure the sample temperature and remove it
5. Finger hook the handle ring, keep the cup vertical, quickly lift the viscosity cup and start timing
6. Keep the viscosity cup no more than 15cm above the sample surface
7. Stop timing when the liquid beam stops flowing for the first time
Notice
• Clean the outflow hole to remove residue and avoid scratching the inner surface
• It is a precision appliance and should not be dropped or hit.
• It needs to be cleaned in time after use
• Use soft cloth when cleaning, do not use wire brush or sandpaper
• When disassembling the cup mouth, use the equipped pin stick to resist it to avoid direct tapping
• Make sure the cup nozzle and viscosity cup are clean before installing the cup nozzle
• Put back the original Encasement box when not in use
It is recommended to calibrate annually to ensure accuracy
