Overview
TBJ-B1-DJ6 Automatic Film Applicator is an intelligent program-controlled drawdown blade Coater. It adopts imported accessories and is cheap. It is favored by multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad. The uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating are guaranteed by controlling the speed and stable pressure, and it is suitable for scraping high viscosity or thick film samples.

Principle
The Film Applicator uses the Blade Coating method to remotely set the film parameters using the intelligent programmable system, and combines the automatic feeding system to drive the material to flow outward with the air source pressure to realize reciprocating linear motion feeding. The amount of material is controlled by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port to ensure the uniformity and Stability of the Spreader.

Steps
1. Connect power and Communication interface (USB)
2. Remotely set film speed, application length and film temperature through computer
3. Adjust the air pressure of the feeding system and the running speed of the discharge port to control the discharge volume
4. Start the device for automatic Spreader operation
5. Accessories such as substrate fixtures can be selected as needed for auxiliary operation
Notice
• The air source of the feeding system needs to be 0.6Mpa, which can be connected to φ 8 trachea (self-equipped)
• The maximum pressure of Mixing Tank is 8Mpa, do not exceed the limit when using
• Optional Accessories such as leakage tanks, fixtures, etc. need to be configured according to application requirements
• For applications with uneven thickness of Spreader substrate, optional silicone pad and weight
• Customizable functions such as jet system devices and UV solid inclusion devices need to be confirmed in advance
