TBJ-X1-DJ9 Automatic Film Applicator is a small Lab Film Applicator customized in China, with imported accessories and low price. The equipment ensures the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader's gluing by controlling speed and stable pressure. It is equipped with an automatic feeding system, effective Coating size 300 * 600mm, and a removable drawdown blade is used for easy cleaning and replacement.

Principle
Uniform Spreader is achieved by controlling the speed of the Spreader and applying a stable pressure. The feeding principle of air source pressure outflow is adopted, and the feeding is automatically carried out by reciprocating linear motion. The thickness of the Blade Coating can be precisely controlled by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port.

Steps
1. Connect a 220V 50Hz power supply
2. Connect 0.6Mpa air source (φ 8 trachea)
3. Adjust coating speed according to demand (5~ 180mm/s)
4. Adjust Blade Coating Thickness (0~ 10mm)
5. Control the discharge volume by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port
6. Start Auto Feed and Spreader
Notice
• The maximum pressure of the Mixing Tank is 8Mpa
• Make sure the air source pressure is 0.6Mpa before use
• The feeding system needs to be equipped with its own φ 8 trachea
• Accessories such as leakage tank and substrate fixing fixture can be selected according to needs
• Silicone pad and weight for applications with uneven thickness of Spreader substrate
