Principle
The blue light gel cutter irradiates the sample with 470nm blue light, causing the chromosomes in the gel to emit strong fluorescence. After penetrating through the amber filter, the operator can clearly identify the target area on the fluorescence map and use the glue cutter to accurately separate it.

Steps
1. Place the gel sample in the gel cutting area.
2. Turn on the Blue Illuminant and penetrate the light sheet to observe the fluorescence image.
3. Use a glue cutter to select the target separation region on the fluorogram.
4. Perform the glue cutting operation to complete the sample separation.

• Avoid looking directly at the Blue Illuminant during operation to prevent eye damage.
