Overview
The TR5303 Ink Rub Resistance Tester is a professional testing device from the TRUIT brand for evaluating inks adhesion to determine inks mass. The instrument supports dry wear test, wet wear test, decolorization change test, paper fuzz test and special friction test. The ink wear test is designed to evaluate the abrasion or friction resistance of ink marks on paper or Cardboard.
Features
1. Adjustable friction speed, 21/43/85/106rpm multiple options
2. Friction load can be selected from 908g or 1810g
3. Friction Travel is 60mm, friction area is 50 * 100mm
4. Frequency setting range 0-99999, support automatic shutdown function
5. Power is 40W, machine size is compact, 300 * 325 * 300mm
Principle
The testing machine tests the decolorization performance of inks by simulating the friction process, and repeatedly rubs the samples under set speed, load and Travel, and evaluates the adhesion of inks according to the abrasion resistance of inks, so as to judge the quality of inks.
Applications
Inks mass assessment, paper testing, Cardboard testing
Standards
JIS-5071-1、TAPPI-UM486、TAPPI-UM487
Steps
1. Prepare the test sample and fix it to the instrument
2. Set friction speed, load and test times
3. Start the instrument for friction testing
4. Automatic shutdown after the test is completed to check the decolorization of the sample
5. Record and analyze test results
Notice
• Ensure that the instrument is used in a smooth environment
• Regularly check the abrasion of friction parts
• Follow standard operating procedures to avoid misoperation
• Confirm that the sample is firmly fixed before testing
