Overview
Rgd-00/300dc coil scraping and dipping film formation Coater is a factory-sold reel substrate Spreader production equipment, mainly used for scraping, dipping film formation and winding processes of reel substrates, with an effective application width of 300mm.
Features
1. Adopt single-station unwinding unit, equipped with 3-inch inflatable shaft and tension automatic Control system
2. The front traction unit adopts a double-roll anti-roll structure, the steel roller is plated with hard chrome ultra-fine grinding, and the rubber roller is made of silicone.
3. The oven adopts column plane design, unilateral pneumatic jacking, external infrared tube heating
4. Spreader thickness can be controlled by thousand head adjustment, speed can be adjusted slowly
5. Equipped with 4 Teflon rollers to ensure Spreader mass
Principle
The equipment completes the Spreader operation through the process flow of unwinding → scraping → water bath → winding. The substrate is output from the unwinding unit, through the scraping head for Coating Spreader, and then enters the water bath area to form a film layer, and finally completes the winding through the winding unit.

Steps
1. Install the base material on the inflatable shaft of the unwinding unit
2. Adjust Spreader Thickness and Tension Parameters
3. Start the device, the substrate is scraped by the Spreader
4. Substrate into the water bath film formation
5. Complete the winding job
Notice
• The substrate needs to be PET or other non-breakable materials
• Glue can use water-based paints or solar-based paints
• The diameter of unwinding and winding shall not exceed φ 100mm
• Oven requires customer's own compressed air
• The production speed needs to be adjusted according to the process requirements
• Equipment power supply is three-phase five-wire 380V 50Hz
