Overview
The OBCEA-9B Multi-point Stirred Thermostatic Bath is a combination of a transparent open Thermostatic bath and a multi-point Magnetic Stirrer. The Thermostatic bath is responsible for precise control of the liquid temperature in the bath, and the multi-point Magnetic Stirrer is responsible for strong stirring of multiple samples placed in the transparent bath. Its large opening design is compatible with a variety of sample containers, combined with precise temperature control to ensure accurate and uniform sample temperatures.
Features
1. Waterproof operation panel, highlight four LED display, display accuracy 0.1 ℃, can indicate heating, cooling, circulation, external temperature control and other operating status.
2. Using Primary PID Control Technology, Temperature Stability up to +/- 0.05 ℃.
3. Single point Adjustment, easy to calibrate specific temperature points.
4. Equipped with a powerful immersion pressure suction pump, the liquid in the tank can be stirred and mixed horizontally and vertically to ensure Temperature uniformity.
5. Provide two-level Safety protection: first-level low-level protection; second-level high-temperature and low-temperature protection, alarm code directly displayed, buzzer alarm can be set.
6. Three operation modes are optional, and automatic power-on operation can be set (continue to run after accidental power failure recovery).

12. Optional external solenoid valve, automatically control the external cold source on and off, to achieve automatic cooling and temperature control below room temperature.
Principle
The device precisely controls the temperature of the liquid in the transparent bath through a thermostatic circulation system. At the same time, the multi-point Magnetic Stirrer drives the stirrer swirl/spin placed in the sample cup through an independent magnetic drive unit to achieve simultaneous stirring of multiple samples. The powerful circulating pump in the tank ensures that the liquid temperature is evenly distributed, thus providing a stable and uniform thermostatic stirring environment for the sample.

Temperature control and agitation of multiple samples at different temperatures, sample preparation such as continuous testing of multiple samples during viscosity testing
Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, select the necessary chilling down equipment (such as room temperature or below room temperature control).
2. Put the sample cup into the transparent bath and make sure the stirrer is placed in the sample cup.
3. Set parameters such as target temperature and stirring Rotation speed through waterproof operation panel and knob.
4. Start the device, the Thermostatic bath starts to control the temperature, and the Magnetic Stirrer starts to work.
5. Observe the LED display, monitor the operating status of the equipment and parameters such as temperature and Rotation speed.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power of the device and remove the sample.
Notice
• The "*" in the model indicates that external refrigeration equipment is required. Different external refrigeration equipment has different minimum temperatures.
• When you need to control the temperature at room temperature or below room temperature, you need to choose chill down plate + low temperature chill down circulator + thermal insulation pipe; or choose external control solenoid valve + chill down coil + thermal insulation pipe + tap water.
• The timing and timing functions of magnetic stirring and the alternating operation of forward, reverse and forward and reverse are optional functions.
• The equipment is allowed to operate continuously at 100%, but it needs to be used under the conditions of Permissible Ambient Temperature 5~ 32 ° C and relative humidity 80%.
• Power supply voltage is 220V/50Hz before use.
