Overview
The LABTOP OBCEA-6B Multi-point Stirred Thermostatic Bath is a product that combines a transparent open Thermostatic bath with a multi-point Magnetic Stirrer. The Thermostatic bath is responsible for precise control of the liquid temperature in the bath, and the multi-point Magnetic Stirrer is responsible for strong stirring of multiple samples placed in the transparent bath. Its large opening design is compatible with a variety of sample containers, combined with precise temperature control, to ensure accurate and uniform sample temperatures.

Principle
The device consists of a Thermostatic bath and a multi-point Magnetic Stirrer working together. The Thermostatic bath precisely adjusts the Heating power through an intelligent PID Control system, and can optionally be equipped with external refrigeration (such as chill down coils and cryogenic circulators) to maintain the liquid in the bath at the set temperature. Its built-in powerful circulation pump ensures uniform temperature at all points in the bath. At the same time, each independent magnetic stirring station generates a swirl/spin magnetic field through a high-performance magnet, which drives the magnetic stirrer placed in the sample cup in the bath to synchronize the swirl/spin, thereby achieving simultaneous stirring of multiple samples, so that the samples are fully mixed or reacted in a thermostatic environment.

Temperature control and agitation of multiple samples at different temperatures, sample preparation such as continuous testing of multiple samples during viscosity testing
Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, select the necessary Accessories (such as chilled down coils for low temperature control and external refrigeration equipment).
2. Thermostatic bath with appropriate amount of working medium (such as deionized water).
3. Place the sample container and magnetic stirrer into the bath.
4. Set the target temperature, stirring Rotation speed and other parameters through the waterproof operation panel and knob.
5. Start the equipment, Thermostatic bath starts temperature control, Magnetic Stirrer starts to work.
6. Observe the temperature, Rotation speed and running state on the LED display, and use the timing/timing function (if optional) during the experiment.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power of the device, remove the sample, and clean the bath.
Notice
• In model OBCEA-6B, "OBC" means open thermostatic circulating tank, "E" means water bath economical, "A" means the tank body is PC transparent material, "6" means 6 magnetic stirring points, "B" means basic magnetic stirring.
• When the temperature needs to be controlled at or below room temperature, it must be equipped with a chill down plate + low temperature chill down circulator + insulation pipe, or an external control solenoid valve + chill down coil + insulation pipe + tap water.
• Ambient Temperature 5~ 32 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Pay attention to the two-stage Safety protection provided by the equipment (low liquid level, high and low temperature), please check the problem according to the displayed code when alarming.
• The timing, timing and alternating operation of positive and negative magnetic stirring are optional functions, and the configuration needs to be confirmed when purchasing.
• Allow the equipment to operate continuously, but ensure that the power supply voltage is 220V/50Hz.
